Sometimes we buy the first property we see, and that's exactly what happened here.

We knew we loved Wynnum/Manly for our client's next investment purchase, so that's where we went. First round of searching, four great opportunities came up. One was off market within the same complex, but inferior in position and size. This one was on market, just sitting quietly on page 10.

We knew this was going to present great buying. So we went for it
