How we secured it

Our client came to us after missing out on a property she loved in Bulimba - outbid and frustrated by a process that felt unclear and impossible to navigate alone. A cash buyer searching for her retirement home, she needed clarity, confidence and someone who knew how to move in one of Brisbane's most tightly held markets.

We built a scout list of every comparable property in 4171 and identified 20 that matched her brief. We then leveraged our relationships with the agents who knew those owners best, approaching each one directly to explore whether they'd consider selling. None were. Every avenue exhausted, every door knocked.

But that process gave us something just as valuable - complete clarity on what was and wasn't coming to market. Armed with that, we were able to problem solve with our client, broaden the lens just enough, and work hard to uncover the right opportunity.
