Our buyers were referred to us by their daughter, a past client of Hunter Gather. Our client had been in the market for a number of years prior to engaging our service. Their requirements were quite specific: location, aspect, and level of finish. Throughout the search, 83 properties were presented, with 94% being off or pre-market. Patience was crucial; ensuring our clients didn't settle for the wrong property. We were able to narrow down the properties in which would suit their requirements, when this property was sourced it was pre-market which allowed us to gain access to the property prior to launching.
