Emma shapes what it feels like to work at, and with, Hunter Gather. She is the architect behind our culture, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium, elevated standard the agency is known for. Emma also partners on recruitment for the business, from first conversation through to onboarding, so every new face at Hunter Gather is the right one.

Her background is in hospitality, having run bars, restaurants and venues across Brisbane and Melbourne, alongside experience in fundraising and events. That grounding means she understands what genuine high-touch service looks like under pressure, and how to build a team culture that delivers it consistently.

From staff recognition to client gifting to the way a new hire feels on their first day, Emma believes the small moments are the ones people remember. Warm, direct and endlessly organised, she brings the same care to her team at Hunter Gather that she does to her family at home. Outside of work she prioritises enjoying great food, wine, music and travel with her family and friends.
