How we secured it

Our clients came to us with a clear plan: purchase an investment property in Brisbane now, rent it out for the next few years, and eventually make the move from Sydney themselves.

Their brief was a modern unit in a quality location, within easy reach of the airport. Wynnum quickly stood out as a suburb that ticked all the boxes.

Interestingly, this wasn't the first property we secured for them. We were previously under contract on another unit that looked great on the surface. The Form 2 disclosure, building and pest inspection, and body corporate records all appeared fine. However, the body corporate searches uncovered significant building issues and ongoing QBCC matters, so we made the decision to walk away.

A few weeks later, we found this Wynnum property and secured it with a much smoother process from start to finish.

Sometimes the right property isn't the first one. It's the one that stands up to every layer of due diligence.
