Our clients are full time professionals, so they needed someone on the ground handling the logistics, finding properties and guiding them through it.

They'd never bought a home in Australia, let alone Brisbane, so the process was all new to them, and by the time we met they were pretty fed up with agents.

We found this apartment off market early on. At the price initially quoted, they weren't interested. But once it hit the open market, we kept comparing everything else back to it, and they knew they wanted to have a crack at it.

We landed on a price and terms we felt good about, and the owners accepted it. Not the highest offer on the table, but the cleanest terms.
