How we secured it

We always remind our clients that anything can happen at an auction, and in this case, it worked in our favor. The sellers were in a position where they needed to sell, but our clients initially chose not to attend, assuming the property would exceed their budget. Fortunately for them, this auction was more about the terms than just the price.

As the auction unfolded, the opportunity became clear and when they heard the property was theirs, they were over the moon! It ticked all their boxes: walking distance to Oxford Street, low body corporate fees, a small complex, a reputable builder, and three spacious bedrooms.

It just goes to show, you have to be in it to win it!
