I came across David Thomas and Hunter Gather on Instagram when looking for a buyers agent and chose them because they felt like my type of people, professional, down to earth and calm. My dealings with Jacob over the last two months having been nothing short of exemplary. Purchasing off-the-plan can prove more troublesome compared to a standard residential sale. We certainly had some hurdles we needed to overcome prior to Settlement. While Jacob and I shared a common objective of achieving Settlement on the property, I found Jacobs sole focus was always in servicing his client (Peter).
